Kidz Classes
Combat Fitness - Group training that is a complete body workout that integrates classic boxing, kickboxing, weight training, balance, coordination and cardio, set to a pace of high intensity workouts for dynamic results.
Cross Train – A program that delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad and totally inclusive. It is designed for total fitness, regardless of experience.
After School Program – Physical fitness training which includes learning about muscular and skeletal systems, nutrition and meal planning. Develops self confidence and self discipline.
Kidz and Teens Specialty Classes
Jujutsu–Japanese style martial arts of joint locking, grappling, chokes, defense against weapons. Martial arts builds character, coordination, confidence and respect for themselves and others. The student learns self defense as well as self discipline.
Wrestling– Folk style, freestyle and Greco. Basics include full body balance, positioning for attack and defense strategy.

Adult Star Classes

Muscle Pump – Group weight training, targeting particular muscle groups. High rep / low weight, promoting quick defining results.
Cardio Kickboxing – Boxing drills, kickboxing drills, strategic strike placement, designed to be done at a fast pace to achieve a cardio workout.
Zumba – The hottest new workout inspired by traditional salsa, cumbia, samba, merengue, & hip-hop, set to sounds of fun, pulsating Latin rhythms.
Dynamax Fitness – A total body workout, utilizing unique medicine balls designed for developing quick twitch movement and explosiveness.
Stretch for Overall Health – Stretch for injury prevention and overall health maintenance. Target specific muscle groups to increase mobility and range of motion
Adult Specialty Classes
CrossFit – Designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. It is designed to deliver a total body workout. Used by law enforcement and military special ops for their principal strength and conditioning
Tactical Street Defense –a practical and tactical system, which teaches how to prevent, deal and overcome violence and attacks.

Shinkendo – A Japanese sword system that integrates strategy, technique, target cutting, forms and tachiuchi (sparring). |
