philosophy is simple. We tax the body through dynamic workouts
that have functional benefits tailored to specific sports motions.
This is not bodybuilding; it is performance enhancement. The
workouts are only as good as the intensity with which they are
performed. The exercises demand full exertion and draw on cardiovascular
systems, muscular-skeletal systems, and metabolic systems.
Every
workout is unique and the body is never allowed to adapt and
acclimate to specific exercises or workloads. The body must
be shocked and stressed to promote growth and improve performance.
Core muscles are constantly engaged throughout the entire
workout which aid in the prevention of common injuries. Workouts
consist of circuits incorporating variations on the Yoke Bar,
rope climbs, pulling tires, throwing tires, bungee cords,
medicine ball throws, kettlebels, and many other compound-movement
exercises.
In
the end, we have found a process through which the body can
be pushed to its limits and athletic performance improved.
